Licensing
1. Definitions
1.1. Mockups: Refers to digital visual representations, whether of products, interfaces or design materials, offered through our website.
1.2. Licensor: ENBLANCO OEAR, NIF E42886374, owner of intellectual property rights on the Mockups.
1.3. Licensee User: Natural or legal person who acquires a license to use the Mockups in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
1.4. Permitted Use: The authorized use of the Mockups according to the type of license purchased, as described in Section 3.
2. Scope of License
2.1. By purchasing a Mockup, Licensee is not purchasing the Mockup itself, but a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it according to the terms set forth herein.
2.2. These provisions act in conjunction with the rest of the legal terms provided on the website and must be complied with in their entirety by the Licensee User. Acceptance of these terms also implies acceptance of the general policies and conditions of the website.
2.3. All licenses are subject to Licensee's compliance with these terms and conditions.
3. License Types
3.1. Personal License:
- Permitted Use: Creation of personal or non-commercial projects.
- Restrictions: Use for commercial purposes, sublicensing, reselling or distributing the Mockup in its original or modified form is not allowed.
3.2. Standard Commercial License:
- Permitted Use: Creation of commercial projects, such as marketing materials, client designs and visual products.
- Restrictions: You are not allowed to sublicense, resell or redistribute the Mockup in its original form or as part of a template for third parties.
3.3. Extended Commercial License:
- Permitted Use: Includes all rights under the Standard Commercial License, plus permission to incorporate the Mockup into end products intended for sale, such as templates or digital products.
- Restrictions: Distribution of the Mockup as an editable file or in its original form is not permitted.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Mockups are and shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor.

6. Limitation of Warranty
6.1. The Mockups are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
6.2. Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Mockups.
7. Term and Termination
7.1. This license agreement shall remain in force until terminated by Licensor or Licensee.
7.2. Licensor may terminate the license immediately if Licensee breaches any of the terms set forth herein.
7.3. Upon termination, Licensee must permanently delete all acquired Mockups and copies thereof.
8.
